Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. - Payments
Payments are due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. Prices may vary based on your pet’s needs and service location. - Health and Safety
We require pets to be up-to-date on core vaccinations. We reserve the right to decline service if your pet shows signs of illness or aggressive behavior. - Liability
